Where can I place a complaint?

The Swiss financial services industry is strictly regulated. Customers of financial service providers can make use of an ombudsman procedure. 

This means that if something goes wrong, you can complain to a recognised ombudsmen. 

Tip 📌

If you are not happy with the service you receive, raise a complaint with the financial services institution through their channels, or ask the advisor to give you the name of his or her supervisor.

Things will never change when we don't speak up!

How can I place a complaint?

On 1 January 2020, the Financial Services Act (FinSA) entered into force. Clients of financial service providers can make use of an ombudsman procedure.
